You can make one of these little greetings for yourself at Elf Yourself.com and send it to your friends. In addition, you can record your voice greeting to go along with your card.
In the meantime, you can use Camtasia Studio (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp) to records activity from your computer screen and audio from a microphone into AVI video files as I did for the embeded "elf YourSelf" greeting.
